How much is postage and packaging?

Standard Royal Mail Recorded Delivery – £2.99
Delivery should normally take 2-5 working days and signature will be required.
Special Delivery - Price calculated by weight
Next-day delivery for orders placed before midday. Orders placed by midday Monday to Thursday will be delivered before 13:00 the next day. Orders received before midday on a Friday may be received on the Saturday but Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery on a Friday. They do guarantee that it will be delivered on the following Monday by 1pm.
When will my order be posted?
All items are despatched within one working day of placing your order.
Our Returns Policy
All our products come with a 7 day money back guarantee so you can shop with us with complete peace of mind. We accept returns on the basis that the goods have been unopened, unused and are in a resalable condition.
In the event that goods are being returned because of fault bestbrandbeauty.com will be responsible for postage costs in replacing goods these costs will be reimbursed to you on receipt of the returned goods. bestbrandbeauty retains the right to request photographic proof of damage caused to items before offering a refund. On occasion bestbrandbeauty may send you a returns bag for the damaged product so that you may return the faulty item back to us. In the event that non faulty goods are returned we will make a charge for postage and administration. Non-faulty items must be returned to bestbrandbeauty.com within 7 days.
How to return goods
Send an email(admin@bestbrandbeauty.com with the subject ‘Return Request’ and detail the items you wish to return.
Telephone us on 08712883364 and inform us about the items you wish to return.
Please note: when returning your goods make sure you enclose a covering letter detailing what you are returning and why. Pack your parcel with care; if you fail to pack the parcel and your goods arrive damaged (as a result of the return trip) we may not be able to process your return. |
